Zhejiang Changming Pharmaceutical emphasizes on quality control and product innovation. Meanwhile we carry out strategy of Environment Health Safety (EHS) actively. Our principle is "protecting of environment, governing from source, saving energy and reducing discharge". In Changming, all staffs shoulder the responsibility of EHS.

Environmental precautions 

Try to avoid the use of toxic and hazardous solvents and raw materials;

Try our best to minimize the impact of our daily operations on the environment through optimizing of technique, using new type equipment;

Make full use of raw materials and energy, recycling solvents in the same step.

Waste-water Treatment 

Diversion of rain and sewage water, diverting wastewater from clean water, Waste water is not allowed being discharged in urban sewage pipe network without pre-treatment and A/O treatment by reaching certain standard. And we all discharges are under monitoring of environmental protection departments.

Waste gas treatment 

Collection of high-concentration exhaust gas and low-concentration exhaust gas by quality: low-concentration exhaust gas is passed into terminal waste gas treatment system after alkali/water spraying treatment in workshop and is discharged at high altitude after reaching the standards; high-concentration exhaust gas is passed into terminal waste gas treatment system after RTO incineration and is discharged at high altitude after reaching the standards.

Solid waste treatment: general living waste is for landfill treatment by environmental sanitation division; hazard solid waste will be treated by qualified units.

Environment supervision: authorize qualified testing unit to monitoring waste water, exhaust gas, noise of our company.

Occupational health and safety 

Safety production license, hazardous chemical registration certificate, safety production standardization certificate.

Training and education of environmental protection, safety and health.

Periodic physical examination.

Making operation specifications and standard operation procedure (SOP).

Wearing specialized protective articles, for example, anti-static work clothes, safety helmet, anti-poison respirator, protective gloves, protective glasses.

Hazardous chemicals are preserved in different warehouse according to properties.

All areas are equipped with fire extinguishing, occupational health and safety facilities.
